Enrollment in all Western Slope Driving Institute programs is quick and easy! 

1. Download the form at right. 

2. Make a note of the Class Number, Start Date and Price you want to take (Click HERE to see Class Numbers, Descriptions and Prices; Click HERE to see Class Dates)

3. Fill out the form and fax or mail it back to us along with your deposit check.

If you'd like to pay by credit card, simply have your Visa or MasterCard ready, then call the office nearest you.
